EU Data Residency

Your data stays in the European Union. Infrastructure, routing, and provider selection are designed for GDPR compliance.

EU-first by design

All gateway infrastructure runs on EU servers. We prioritize providers and regions with EU data residency guarantees.

Infrastructure

Pura LLM is deployed on EU-based cloud infrastructure. Traffic between your application and the gateway, and between the gateway and LLM providers, is routed through EU regions whenever possible.

Regions below are read live from the LiteLLM gateway model configuration (aws_region_name, api_base, and related params).

GDPR compliance

We act as a data processor for B2B customers. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request. We do not use your data for model training or product improvement.

Provider routing

When you specify a model, the gateway routes to the configured EU-resident endpoint for that provider. Contact us if you need a specific regional routing policy for your organization.
